I live in northern New York it's dark. It's cold in the winter. On top of that, I have fibromyalgia, which is nerves and muscles all in pain. So I need to use this product daily. I never go without it. I need the magnesium to help my muscles. Relax a little bit and to loosen up the pain just a tiny bit. I need the zinc to help me fight off any germs in the winter and I need the vitamin D because I'm not getting enough from outside because there's no sun. Easy to take a couple tablet today. I usually take it before bed because that's when I need it the end.

Have been using this product for years! Helps with sleep before bed, relaxation during the day due to stress, muscle relaxing %26 twitches from working out or dehydration, bones density, %26 a must to prevent dehydration. Even skeptics in my family now see the useful benefits!
I'm on Keto (have Type-2) so this is actually really important- after taking it for over a week I'm starting to feel more myself again. Plus I'm able to control my hunger (or at least a bit)! Highly recommend!
These have helped me keep from getting weak bones for at least 5 years now. Easy to take and the Dr. tells me to keep taking them. Am homebound due to wheelchair so am glad these are working with other natural minerals I take, as I so seldom get out of the house.
I've taking this supplement for a while. I feel very good and I don't get sick, very often. I like the pills size.

I've had leg cramps that have woken me from sleep. My nurse sister recommended Spring Valley brand, as physicians have ordered that specific brand for Residents in the assisted living facility that she worked for. My sister has had cramp-free nights since.
Bought it online, shipping was not good it looked like they were tore off a bigger pack and thrown in the box
I was charged $6,99 for being under the $35 dollar limit after you dropped strawberries off my list. I never saw this charge untill after I had paid it. Then I tried to add to that order but the sytem started a new order.
