I've used Spring Vally products before but I have not bought this Spring Vally product before. I have used the product before and it really worked. I am a diabetic and I buy it for that reason. Would recommend it.
You have to research the product to how it can help your body. We can't make medical claims, but I can say that for myself it helps curb my cravings for sugar and other highly processed foods. Plus give me a better handle on weight management. Just Google it and you can see the research. Thanks
Everything was fine excepting because when I opened the bottle all the pills were stuck with each others.
This and islandic health chromium do the trick in keeping my sugar in balance. No need for diabetic pills or insulin.
