Every day just like an apple!
I have purchased this product for many years. It helps my Cardiac and Immune System as I experience minimal illness type symptoms.
It has everything else I need paired with a multi vitamin. Cleaner than standard fish oil, and stronger.
Way back back in the day people swore by cod liver oil and to this day I do too. cod liver oil keeps me and my family healthy and safe for the flu season. Even when we managed to get sick this old school tradition cut that time in half. That and elderberry. look at into it today.
Must take to keep you healthy,good for your immune system.I was raised on Cod liver oil (liquid form) I never had chicken pops or the Mums during my childhood and I am not on any medicine.I only take vitamins and my age is 71!!! I have no wrinkles and skin is clear. You will feel better and stay healthy especially if you eat right and take cod liver oil in supplements. There is no magic pill but when your immune system is high your body will do what it is designed to do.Keep God first and BE BLESS. My mother is 92 takes cod liver oil faithfully all her life,her mind is alert,only meds she take is high blood pressure.Think about it!!!!
One should know by now that consumption of medicinal or system benefitting oils is best done as natural as possible. In other words if one is looking for Omega 3s and antioxidants, as well as lubricant for the living machine, one should buy pure Fish Oil. When they break down it's properties to sell seperately, they add preservatives and other fillers. Of the fish oils, Cod Liver fish oil is from the cleanest fish up north, and very under processed, alooing one's body the full spectrum of benefits.
I have been taking these pills for about four years now. I honestly believe that they are the reason that I rarely ever get sick. They are small and super easy to swallow without any fishy cod liver oil after taste. I will use these forever if I can.
Just started this on natural Google stuff and it seems to be working trying to get the body healthier without eating too many too much food but it seems to be doing the job years ago. People used to take it just for for helping their insides. It's really working let you know more later.
