Great for my smoothies and baking
COLD MILLED ground flax seeds was exactly what I wanted. This type is most beneficial as cold milling doesn't destroy the nutritional benefits of the seeds. Spring Valley offers a quality product and it being organic just places the cherry on the top of the cake! Plus, Walmart offers the best value for this great product. Win-Win-Win!
Flax seeds whole or ground up are a good source of fiber. I take medicine daily so this is a natural way to get fiber in daily also.

Very pleased with product which was received in good order and within time specified.
This is a tremendous value for a large one pound size package.It is certified organic which is way healthier for you than regular heavy pesticide varieties.The product is high in omega-3, fiber and protein.
I sprinkle flax seed on my salads and sometimes on cooked vegetables. I like it because it is organic.
It works as long as directions are followed .
The recent order that I received has a warning of “consuming this product can expose you to cadmium, which is known to the state of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.” Walmart should list such warning on the product information.
