Time-released is just perfect %26 a great relief! Changed to this probiotic for the time released, lower dosage %26 it's been great! I take in am w/food, BM's are once a day now. Highly recommend.
Spring Valley Probiotic Supplement is very good for my body. It gives me more energy and strength along with building up my immune system health. I learned that if you want to take a probiotic with live cells, it must have to have at least 10 strains. I found the Spring Valley and I have been taking this Probiotic ever since.
Not a review on the actual product. however I think it's worth noting that the packaging was a surprise. Instead of a bottle, I received four blister packs, which are difficult to open. I reread the box and the description online and no where does it say that it's packaged like this. I could have overlooked it but I don't believe I did.
