We found this to be a nice alternative to coffee. I didn't have any problems with the taste and found the gummies very convenient. My husband also works graveyard shift and found these a nice addition to his routine. It should be noted that this is more B12 than caffeine. Overall, we found it a very convenient supplement that did boost our energy.
These gummies have very little after taste and just enough caffeine to give you that little boost you need to start the day or to finish one of those long days. It doesn't keep you up at night. A good choice for that little boost.
This has been the best addition to my workout routine all year! I actually just threw a bottle in my gym bag and that way I never forget them they have caffeine and B12 The model says two but I always use three because "treat yourself" lol! I totally love the way they taste and it gets me through some kick hiney workouts. Also these are totally affordable!
The vegetarian energy gummies are very good product before taking them i had no energy but now i can stay up and play with the kids it also helps with my metabolism very good product
The flavor is not great. Taking 2 a day feels as effective as a cup of coffee. I don't feel that this gives me more of a boost. I would recommend to anyone that is not a coffee drinker.
These gummies work but I hate the taste. The gummy at first taste fine but the longer I chew it... I will continue to eat them when I really need them. I will just hold my nose since they do get me through the day with my toddler who no longer naps.
I purchased these in the store about 5 months ago in the store and they tasted great because they were mixed berry flavor after 3 weeks I felt them working I couldn't find them in the store anymore so I ordered 2 bottles online and they were pomegranate flavor but they taste horrible like cough syrup not sure how I can take them for 3 weeks to feel the effects again please change the flavor back to mixed berry!
I love the concept of these, but I wouldn't get them again. The taste is terrible. I am very used to the taste of zero calorie sweeteners, but this is awful. I was really surprised since it is monk fruit. I thought for sure they would taste good. In the end I'd probably go with something else.
These are the worst tasting chewable vitamins I've ever had! These chewable vitamins taste like a vitamnd that you're not supposed to be chewing and they are too big to swallow. I've had a lot of gummi vitamins in the last few years but man these are the worst. Aside from taste I do have a fair amount of energy after taking them but they are not as good as other b vitamin supplements I've taken. I asked for a refund purely because of the taste.
I was excited to try these. They taste so bad I couldn't eat more than one. I wish I hadn't wasted the money. I've used other brands and had no issue. I'll go back to one of them.
