I take this with an iron supplement. My first time taking both and I must say I don't have heavy eyelids anymore. I don't feel tired through the day and my mood has changed in the past two weeks I've been taking it. I'm glad I invested. No chalky taste. Dissolves quick and I like cherry so that's a plus.
A few months ago I got these by mistake and once I started using the quick dissolve kind that is all I want. They don't taste bad and they seem to go to work immediately.
The difference between a regular B12 vitamin pill and the sublingual is nothing short of amazing. The cost is only slightly more than the regular but well worth it!!! I've been taking high doses (approx 10,000mg 2x daily) of the regular B-12 vitamins for about six months due to a deficiency that caused numbness/tingling in my feet and slight restless leg syndome. Well, with the regular B12 vitamins, the numbness/tingling was lessened but, still present and would cause me to still have some sleep issues because of the restless legs & "jumpy" tingling feet. My sister suggested I try the Sublingual--she informed me that some people do not absorb B12 well (due to their genetic make up) and the sublingual B12s work better. I can happily say I noticed a HUGE difference the very first day. ALL numbness/tingling in feet is gone and so is the restless leg problem! The effect is almost immediate (approx 30m or less) after you take these babies. I don't know if all brands are created equal but THIS manufacturer definitely has my future loyalty!

When ordering a medium roast coffee, you can't substitute a flavored roast, you've got to go to a different brand if that's what it takes, I ordered medium roast ihop k cup coffee, they send ihop buttery syrup flavor , cmon man!
My container came with the safety seal completely open and missing with 8 tablets missing. Very dangerous!!
