I started using these sub-lingual D3 tables a few years ago to help with symptoms of fatigue, and it made a world off difference in uplifting my mood and my energy level. I've used it every day for at least 3 years now. I recommend highly.
So far these vitamins have worked well. I feel a little less tired and will find out more after lab testing. I'm on multiple meds, so I wanted to be sure there would be no adverse effects and so far, so good. I hope to follow up with test results soon. I especially love the low price for a 90 day supply, $5.97 for 5,000 IU.
i was low on vitamin D. thought these would be great because they dissolve and could get in your system better. it worked. great favor. easy to take. can swallow with water or chew them. perfect size and taste.
There are 5 vitamins that are crucial to help on the journey to weight loss, and this is one of them. The brand is great and has. no gluten. no artificial colors or flavors, no sugar, no lactose,and no other harmful stuff . It's affordable , and the tablets are round and small enough to swallow without a problem. The bottle comes with 90 tablets,i will definitely buy again and again and forever.
In the past I was taking 1,000 units of Vitamin D3 until I learned I had the debilitating problem in my bones so i decided to go to 2,000 units twice a day, After I discovered these 5,000 unit capsules, I purchased and now take only one per day. Hope the bone density scan shows the vitamin D3 has helped.
After using daily for a period of time, built up vitamin D toxicity, gave me heart palpitations, scary. Gave me a little boost of energy at first, but after awhile started having negative effects. May be just me, may be good for others.
They list both Stevia and sugar as added ingredients. Not beneficial at all. Especially for diabetics or those with kidney health issues. We usually get NatureMade. However, the store was out of them so we tried these. I realize I may sound "out there" for claiming to be so sensitive, but I really am and have been so for a long while. I do NOT feel as well on these as I do the NatureMade. I googled around a few places, including Amazon, to check out reviews to see if others felt this way or was it just me. Turns out it is not just me as many others were dissatisfied as well and I encountered many negative reviews.
Driver did not deliver vitamin's in order. Only delivered 4 cases of water see photo. Please send me the three bottles of D3 vitamins in order that were paid for.
The aftertaste is gross. Couldn't even finish one. I had to spit it out immediately. It also didn't dissolve very fast, which may have added to the yuckyness.
