The Spring Valley Vitamin E in 1000 IU soft gel is excellent dosage to get your daily E in supplement form. Goes down easy. Works great for what I need.

Vitamin E is essential for a man's reproduction system. And for excellent skin tone which these Vitamins do so well.
This item is the best quality and best price for these kind of vitamin E gel caps. I always purchase these when I am expecting because I cut open the gel caps and use the oil inside to moisturize my growing belly. I would recommend this to anybody who's looking to prevent itchiness hunger midsections so as to prevent scratching that will later turn into stretch marks. Although I did recommend it to one of my friends and she ended up getting a rash from using this so I would only recommend it to those who know that they do not have an allergic reaction to vitamin E oil.
I love the fact that i don't have to go inside the store looking for these vitamins on the shelfs and to come out of the store wtihout them because they don't have the shelfs stocked. Reoccurring ordering is so easy and convenient.
unlike a lot of E vitamin, this is the d isomers which is the more active and better used form. i never buy dl isomer of any vitamin. it is a waste of money.
I started to experience sever night sweats to the point that I was sleeping on towels. Also, sever hot flashes during the day, up to 5 times. I read an article about Vitamin E helping and within one day of taking these, they all but disappeared. If you, a loved one or friend are having the same issues I did, give this a try. I take one in the morning and another one in the afternoon.

I'd purchased this same product %26 brand before and don't remember soy being listed among the ingredients. So, I was disappointed when I received this in my last grocery order and saw soy listed on the label after I had already unsealed the bottle. I won't use them if they contain soy; so, it's all going in the trash.
