I been taking these hair skin and nail vitamins 3 capsules a day as directed. I can tell a difference in my nails
Gotta say that these really, truly work! My hair grows super fast and is stronger, so are my nails! I love them!!!!
i quit taking these a year ago because i started taking nutrafol in February '23, but by October '23 my nails ALL shredded off! I started taking this again a few months ago and now they're all back. (sorry for the distroyed manicure, it's on my to-do for tonight)

Excellent vitamin, my hair is growing long after I started using it. Perfect for strengthening nails as well. Make my skin very very soft. I recommend this vitamin.
These are great and a good price! Everyone always compliments me on my long hair and nails. These are definitely the reason for it. I take them daily. They are easy to take and don't smell bad like most vitamins.
It's sturdy but it took me forever to put together and I still have 2 parts that are supposed to be safety lock brackets that I cannot seem to get in the right place, drawn picture only for most steps but no real explanation as to how to complete install.
Did not get a full 40 doses as stated on the bottle. Feels like a rip off
I did not receive the vitamin supplements because the bag had been torn into and the vitamins were gone
I did not receive what I ordered. They sent me something completely different, but I am unable to take it back to the store since I am disabled and don't drive. So I'm stuck paying for something that came wrong.
