I bought these because I donate blood every 56 days and my doctor said I was low on iron. I started taking these and in 56 days I was doing great. I highly recommend these if you're low on iron
I'm a diabetic. my kidney functions has to be right to taking this iron vitamin! I take it every morning. I have no complaints. just blessings! Thank you, Walmart
its much easier to get it from my porch to my kitchen than to try and shop and struggle to get it home and in my house.

Taking one tablet per day truly helps keep you warm. I'm a anemic and I stay cold since I've been taking the iron tablets daily I am no longer freezing throughout the day.
I have been using it for a few weeks to see if it will increase my iron count. The size is small and easy to swallow. I would recommend if you are looking for an iron supplement to include in your daily regimen.
I cannot give much of a review on their effectiveness as I learned that traditional iron pills make me sick for hours. If you have this experience also, go with a reacted iron supplement from a high quality lab such as Thorne.
i never did get my iron pills almostwent to hospital because i was waiting for them got them at food lion and there was no screw_up. where are my pills i still need them i did not cancel the order!
