Spring Valley Joint Care Krill Plus is a krill based omega-3 fatty acid supplement that also contains astaxanthin a powerful anti-oxidant. I am 69 years old and a year ago I damaged my right shoulder rotator cuff while doing some house painting. For some reason I have lost considerable mobility and movement range with chronic pain that increases when I reach an extreme position. My shoulder stubbornly refused to heal and become normal again. I started taking this supplement about three weeks ago. My pain level started diminishing after two weeks and now I have no joint pain unless I push right arm movement to an extreme position. I still don't have what I would call a normal range of movement but at least 95% of the pain has disappeared. I have also noticed that my skin is looking better and seems to be sagging less than it used to. I going to take my bottle of Spring Valley Joint Care Krill Plus until the bottle is empty and then wait and see if my shoulder pain reduction is permanent. So far I am seeing and feeling positive results.
I have been taking glucosamine and chondrotin for quite a while and it barely keeps my painful knee condition at bay. So when we got this joint care krill plus I thought I'd give it a try. I could feel the difference in just a few days. I didn't even think about the pain in my joints. It was better now. Plus it came as a small easy to take capsule instead of a big tablet. The tablets would stick in my throat and choke me. I would break them with my teeth and chipped a tooth while doing it. These small capsules go right down and you only need 1 per day. They are said to help your heart, brain and eyes. I can't speak on that but I do know they do help my painful joints. I am very glad I tried this Krill Oil product. I think you would find it to be the real deal. Try some.
I got these to review and was skeptical about them. I have other ones in the past and have been disappointed. These work! I gave them a full week to take effect. It took only 3 days and my joints from my RA subsided tremendously. The bad knee from a car accident took an additional day. Although my rotator cup did not disappear, it has calmed down enough to to do ROMs and that to me is a great start. There has no no aftertaste, no reflux and no outward ill aftereffects. LOVE it. The capsules are small and no taste. They are a reasonable price and a lower price point than other brands. Well worth the try.
I have pretty severe arthritis and have had multiple types for over 15 years. In the beginning I did try a combination of MSM, chondroitin, and glucosamine but it did not work. Needless to say, after all these years, I have not even thought about trying something new. It stated that the ingredients found in Spring Valley Joint Care Krill Plus may work better than glucosamine and chondroitin, two well-known joint supplements. Well now they had my attention. When I also saw that the product was certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council and that it is affordable, I knew it was worth a try. Some things may have helped me in the past but I would never know because the cost is so prohibitive. The other plus is that it is a small gel pill. Some supplements seem sized for a horse and take a cup of water to get it all the way down to your stomach but not this one. It slides down easily and tastes, and smells, like a chocolate vanilla dessert. Oh, the smell makes you want to eat the whole bottle. I have been taking it for a few weeks now and I did notice a difference as soon as the first week. It is nowhere near a miracle or life changing pill but the change is enough to make me keep buying it once this bottle runs out. I am so glad I took the time to give this product a try. I take it at night just in case I burp it up and so I wake up ready for my day.
The Spring Valley Jointcare Krill Plus Softgels are such a welcome I mean the size is great and you just take 1 soft gel compared to two the size of horse pills a day, so easy to swallow and I can't know how well they work because I haven't had them long enough to see, the box says it has powerful joint comfort and at my age that would be great, and I've taken other Spring Valley supplements over the years and have yet to be disappointed, so I'm thinking these will be good also, for the small price I believe they're worth trying, Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping they'll work as good as I think.

Some other advantages are there are no sweeteners, peanuts, dairy, and they're gluten-free. These softgels are not only good for your joints they're also good for your heart, eyes, and the brain. The directions suggest taking the pill with food and I strongly agree, I forgot to eat and it made me a bit queasy but, other than that I've had no issues with this product.

I took the first one today in place of my usual Glucosamine and will comment later on any changes – good or bad – that I experience.
