I would like to be able to have the option of choosing no substitutions except a few things. It seems that substitutions are allowed on every item. How about a box for “no substitutions except for the items I have indicated”? That way if I have a large order I don't have to edit every…single…item
I have used these for years and then decided to try another magnesium product with different types of magnesium. For me, this brand is more affordable and definitely makes me feel better, especially helping with important bowel function.
I was advised by my Dr. to take 800mg of Magnesium daily due to having migraine headaches. After trying a few other brands, I discovered Spring Valley. They are easier for me to swallow compared to other brands I have used. They are priced well and I don't have any unwanted side effects.
I highly suggest everyone use this. We don't have enough in our food anymore. Even if you have restless legs at night this will help them and help you sleep it has the added benefit of helping you use the restroom and losing weight. For me personally it was the restless legs I struggle with so much. You should feel a difference within 3 to 4 days.
These pills are 3/4" If you have trouble swallowing big tablets these aren't for you. I take these to help with my arthritis and to help me sleep better.
I like those I take them for my legs I have restless legs syndrome I take them to calm down my legs at night and leg cramps. I have leg cramps all the time since I've been taking it on regular basis, I haven't had none it is so good for me And I like the price too the price is excellent
Walmarts never have it (been to several) ordered online they never ship it and 2 weeks later they finany cancel the order. Almost immediately site say is back in stock and avaliable for order online
i didn't like about this product is that in the ingredients got titanium dioxide and titanium dioxide is a cancerous for the consumption for the human body and that's why I didn't like this product and you know that Walmart can sue this company and you for that because the titanium dioxide to consume it is carcinogenic.
Titanium dioxide is banned in Europe as of Jan 2022 for strong indicators as a carcinogen. Yet this item has it.
The pretty litter was in the delivery package, but the magnesium bottle was not in the delivery.
