I love that it dissolves in your mouth and you don't need water.. it's so easy when I can't sleep in the middle or beginning of the night. I don't have to get up and get water. I just take one and within 15 minutes I am sleeping. It doesn't make me tired in the morning. Just puts me to sleep. I would highly recommend. I also break in half when I don't want to use the full dose.
Have trouble going to sleep and staying asleep. My doctor recommended I try melatonin and I find it helps me a lot. You can start with a low dose for several weeks and gradually increase it if needed. I like the fast disolve best.
We have tried other brands in the past and this one by far works a lot better than the rest! I highly recommend these the dissolvable since they do work faster and better! I have switched to a lot of Spring Valleys products because they seem better made and they work better! I do and will continue to buy this over any other brand. Very good price!
These to do the job 💙 I buy this particular brand in several vitamins and really like them. There is a more expensive brand that dissolves quicker, which is not a game changer but if you needed to give to a child the quickness of the other brand dissolving, I would feel it's safer as far as choking but like I said as an adult, there's no problem at all. I just have bought both and did notice that.
My kids have been using these for awhile now. They are easy to break in half if needed and they like that they are fast dissolving. They said it's easier to take than the pills.
This is one of the best vacuums I've ever purchased! It's lightweight and does an excellent job. Five stars for me!
One tablet lasts me only 4-5 hrs and I have to repeat a dose during the night. I am a senior who lives alone and am fearful to take 10mg at once. So, this works for me
Love the fast dissolve tablets. Tastes much better than other dissolvable tabs I've tried. Not a real chalky aftertaste and no need to take with water.
I can often go to sleep but do not stay that way. 4 AM can find me wakeful. With this melatonin I stir, but go right back to sleep until the alarm sounds! Helpful.
Was charged $9 and did NOT receive. Please advise to make whole.
