I have been taking gummy, supplemental vitamins, many years from different brands. I must say Spring Valley has the best gummies. There are others taste either rubbery or with a terrible flavor. Spring Valley has done something right. their gummies are the best. They're not too soft not to rubbery, just perfect. they come with nice flavors too. will keep buying.
These gummies are pretty good. They taste just like Swedish fish and are easy to chew. I have been taking 2 daily and they do give me my daily energy. I will continue to take them and see if I see any more changes. But so far so good, would recommend
This chewable has a pleasant fruity taste and I like the fact that it's made using Methocobalimin and hydroxocobalamin. They're easily absorbed by the body compared to Cyanocobalamin which needs to be processed through your liver.
I take these and I have plenty of energy %26 feel better overall. I can tell Immediately the difference if I miss taking them.
i became a vegetarian over 30 years ago, and was always told it was important to take B12 vitamins, so it's a product i purchase often. i was super thrilled to find these B12 vitamins in gummy form that do not contain gelatin. They are even labeled as vegetarian. The gummies themselves have a soft texture, not extremely chewy like a gummy bear, softer but still plenty firm. They are not sticky. The flavor is great. i like that it comes in a large value sized bottle. i've purchased many vitamins from Spring Valley, and have always been happy with their product quality.

I've been taking B-12 vitamins for a couple years now. But this is the 1st time I've tried them in gummy form. They sit on my nightstand, I take 2 of these gummies first thing in the morning. (2 gummies = 3000 mcg). Very convenient for me to leave them on my nightstand. They taste great, they're not sticky or overly sweet like candy, and don't make me feel nauseous when I take them on an empty stomach. These vitamins are great for energy and metabolism support. I can tell if I accidentally skip taking my vitamins, B-12 gives me a boost in energy that does help me get through the day. I do not have time for naps, Spring Valley B-12 is a must for me. I absolutely recommend.
I take these daily but used a different brand. I opted to try these because they are cheaper and more in the jar. No difference except extra cash in the pocket! Adults look at gummies funny but these are a little treat in your mouth. Not a bad taste at all and doesn't leave an aftertaste.
I have asked time and time again. Do not place my items on the sidewalk place them on my porch. I am severely disabled from surgery and I cannot walk out onto the sidewalk to bring things in. You ask for my opinion so here it is. I don't like my groceries left down by my truck at the driveway.
