I take CoQ-101 on a regular basis. Recently, I ran out of it so I went to the Wal-Mart website and purchased Spring Valley. That is not the usual brand that I get but it offered a good deal so I decided to try it. I received 2 bottles of the CoQ-10 for the price of one. I will purchase this brand again and I will encourage my friends to do so as well.
It was fine. Just what I ordered
I only take 2 of these twice a week since the recommended dose is only 100mcgs. I do not have heart problems at all. I am exercising now and wanted something to help with heart function. It also heps fight free radicals. I also take a prescript vitamin D right now and its a HIGH dose...so protecting my heart by taking these is what I decided to do. I had Few reasons to take these but have not had any side effects. Again I only take twice a week.
