I take these for heart and kidney reasons. i see improvement in my lab bloodwork after 6 months. Better results than from more expensive brands claiming theirs will absorb faster...NOT
There was this thing on TickTock a while back that told of a lady losing weight with a combination of vitamins, and this was part of it. I take them every day now. It works! I love it!

My last doctor could teach the Marquis de Sade a few things, but she got this one right before the medical board caught up with her. people complain about statins making their arthritis worse: on Dr de Sade's instructions I started taking this along with my statin, and my cholesterol is now where it's supposed to be and my arthritis is not worse.
Walmart was out of what i ordered, gave me a substitute suggestion, i agreed to it and it was a better deal! thank you
if you take a statin you need this. cause these statin are bad and take away this. please take this every day.
This is a good product and so much more reasonable in price compared to other brands for the same thing. CoQ10 is so ridiculously expensive and frankly I cannot tell the difference (comparing prices for the 100mg).
I started taking this due to going on statins. I was pleasantly to find that my BP was going down better than with my BP medication. But, as a few weeks passed, I developed anxiety and mild irritability, which led to insomnia. I have fairly regular insomnia, but nothing like this several nights in a row. I finally read accounts of people who developed severe anxiety and insomnia with prolonged use. I read that this only occurs in a small percentage of people, so don't be afraid to try it. Just be aware.
My bottle of CQ10 was just delivered to me and the bottle has been opened! The plastic seal on outside of cap is missing and the inside vacuum seal is halfway opened!! Now I have to make a trip to the store to exchange it which defeats the purpose of delivery!! Also, the delivery person just dropped the item over the top of my security fence and it hit the chair. That could have damaged the bottle! I do have a doorbell he could have rung to notify me of delivery.
Walmart.com gave the incorrect size so I had to return the ones that I bought. Chatted online with customer service and they said I could return it to any Walmart but when I got to a Walmart that didn't have an auto center they were incredibly rude and said I had to a store with an auto center. Huge hassle. I do not recommend buying tires online at Walmart.
