I take these due to having Hashimoto's and Hypothyroidism. I've been told to make sure to have selenium in my diet/vitamins in order to help out.

Great quality medication.
These seem to work pretty well. I have tried a few different brands and this one seems to help me have a little more energy. Less expensive than some I've tried that didn't work as good as these.

my doctor wanted me to start this vitamin for issues with my thyroid. the selenium makes my stomach cramp horribly. I've tried different brands, eating with them, and not eating with them and I always get the same results, horrible stomach cramps.
