my family is spoiled to walmart online shopping. Almost everythng we can is ordered online and shipped directly to our front door. This saves time in driving, parking, walking, waiting in line, ect. EVERYTHING Walmart ships is top notch, packed exceptionally well and shipped fast. could not do without Walmart!!
I usually take a B-complex vitamin, so this is different. But, so far, it appears to be equal in effectiveness.

I have a ConsumerLab membership and they reviewed this brand of B-12 and it came out recommended. They actually test the pills and make sure they are of the potency they claim to be. It's amazing how many supplements out there don't actually contain what they say they do. The pills are very small and easy to take.
I've gotten these for a couple of years now... i use them for energy and depression (2,000mg) to help me get something done in the morning... without them i dont get out of bed
Timed release tablets are easier to control the amount needed for the product to work properly.
