These are great !!! Like this brand !!!
It keeps my joints moving and I thank God For that.

These were recommended by doctor to help with joint pain.
Before my husband started taking this we thought he was going to have to have surgery. I had read that it could help, but he wasn't sure, until our doctor told him to listen to me. He was in terrible pain %26 it was very difficult for him to travel or get up %26 down from the chair. It worked so well for him, I began taking it for my knees. It has been a lifesaver for both of us!!! Do keep in mind, this is not an instant fix, it does take two or three weeks to start kicking in.
This works great! Took away the pain in my husband's knee in a few days. He uses it daily. He feels awesome now.
theses have helped with my stiff joints, I take one in the morning and one at night, so far they are working.
