I started taking this product a few days ago and dont expect it to work immediately, but I'm going by what other people say, that it can really help with my knee pain. I'm also giving it to my puppy, recommended by the vet, who said human glucosamine products work just as well, and are cheaper than "dog" ones, which have pretty much the same ingredients. He has not been limping lately, but it could also be because it is summer time, so I will wait until later in the year to see if the product is really working for him, as for me, my knees feel aliviated and hope that it will keep improving. I bought my second one in store though, as they have a greater selection than on-line. I made sure to buy this one with the ingredient MSM and bought the Wal-mart brand one.
