Ii can only say what I notice. I've been taking CoQ10 for years, various brands and never less than 100mg/day. Since taking the ubiquinol I have found I have more energy and am more focused. Whether it is directly attributable to the ubiquinol or not I can't say, but nothing else has changed except switching to ubiquinol instead of CoQ10.
