its great to supplement with this D3 especially in the winter months because of the lack of sunshine.
Take more than prescribed though. Take at least 125mgs being low on vitamin d or not getting enough sunlight can be a killer to moods and productivity as long as I take 125mgs I am set for the day. I can be productive and have energy and a good mood for most of the day. I have focus and energy all day long.
Nice package. Gel caps have a tendency to stick to each other and form clumps - they release easily on shaking the bottle. Easy to tap out one cap at a time with some practice
such a benefit to the morning routine of vitamins. Adding this product to my regime was easy. The soft gels are very comfortable and quite stylish for you as well as good for your body
People forget that in winter time its important you take this cuz not outside in sun. Many folks deficient anyway. I dont notice much difference in my health taking it. Maybe its working and I don't know it.
Haven't been taking these for like 5 months and i can definitely tell when i haven't, i weak and want to sleep all the time. Starting back up, cant wait to feel better, these work just as well as the more expensive brand
