I started taking this 2 months ago and my Hair is growing like crazy and getting thicker just make sure you don't take over 400iu once a day.
I've taken Spring Valley vit E for close to 30 years, if not longer. My GYN recommended them, and they seem to be doing what she had recommended them for.
Sometimes I get really tired of taking supplements so I just quit. That's what I did with these for about 2weeks. That's how long it took for the cramps to start again. I am back on Vitamin E, and I will not stop again!!
Taken daily based on weight, vitamin E soft gels will maintain correct blood viscosity and avoid clots -- no dangerous side effects of chemical blood thinners that can cause internal bleeding.
500 count at 1/2 the cost.
Like I said, Great price and product and fast ship! I always check Amazon and Walmart on pricing and even with Prime ship this was a better deal, all I to hit was 35.00 for the free ship, otherwise I would shop at Walmart all the time. Walmart should offer some type of Prime membership
I am taking these for my immune system. I saw reviews saying they couldn't swallow them and they are bigger than a fish oil pill. I almost didn't order them because of those reviews. well as you can see from the pic I attached, its 1/2 the size of the fish oil pill!

Third try with purchasing vitamin E softgels at the Walmart by my home. Each time they smell rancid as soon as I open it. First time I returned it to the store for a refund, second time I contacted Walmart call-in customer service where they took note of my concern and sent me a gift card for my trouble (both of those times were at least a year or more ago). This time I thought they surely would have checked the quality of their product before placing it on the shelf, but I was wrong. Problem is, this time I cannot find my receipt. I purchased this bottle on 10/11/2019. I do want my money back, but I also want to warn people about buying poor quality vitamins. They have a shelf life and can/will spoil like food and/or other medications. DO NOT TAKE VITAMIN E THAT SMELLS ROTTEN. It is not supposed to smell that way. It's not to have much smell at all.
Had no substitutes marked and got a big bottle that I probably won’t use before date on it…plus it cost 2xs more maybe people don’t have the money for a much more expensive bottle
