I ran out of my regular turmeric brand and tried something else instead. I noticed after a couple of weeks that I was very uncomfortable from joint pain. It finally dawned on me that it might be attributed to the change in turmeric type so I bought these. When they arrived my, I took one immediately and felt immense relief within minutes. I was surprised at such radical results.

Everyone just grabbing a bottle off the shelf of whatever vitamin/supplement are making a really big mistake. Every two people are not alike, and everybody doesn't have the exact same needs. When it finally comes down to a plan on adding supplements to help in your everyday needs and life the next thing you need to know is "Which one?" Talk this over with your nutritionist and your naturalist too. Do your homework. After all, it is your body that you are trying to help live happier, healthier, and longer. For me, Spring Valley fits nearly everything in the dosage, and strength amount that I need daily. When I say "nearly everything" it means when it comes to supplements Spring Valley covers just how much I need of what supplement, the form in which I can easily take it, and they have everything that I need to know right on the label. Between Spring Valley, my doctor, my nutritionist, my naturalist, and me (which is very important) we came together with what works best for my daily life. Choosing Walmart was a decision made by me because Walmart brings it to my door via FedEx when I can't get out to the store myself. They even send me reminders a week before I run out. Now that is awesome.

I have used vitamin E all of my life. In the past 2 years I take A, C, E and D to supplement my nutritional intake. The positive results of doing this are healthier skin and thick hair that grows very quickly. The overall condition of my skin and its ability to retain moisture has been positively impacted in that I do not have the occurrence of dry, irritated skin especially during season changes and or temperature fluctuations.
I look for this brand of vitamins first. Spring Valley scores high in independent reviews so I trust this brand more than some. When I run out of Vitamin E, I will get this one.
I use this daily with other vitamins and also use it by breaking the capsule and using it straight on my skin. I notice improvements in my overall health and skin.
I recently modified my diet and my hair skin and nails were suffering. Hair brittle, finger nails had ridges, skin VERY dry. Took a look at my vitamins and there wasn't enough E in them.
The bottle did not have the label on it. It was torn off.! I received two bottles today with no label.! I will not use it and tossed both! Whoever does the packing has got to be more careful! First time in my 16 year shopping at Walmart at this has happened!
