This is one of the main ingredients for natural laxatives. I love it. It is gentle and effective for getting rid of occasional constipation or bloat.
I have used this product for many years and have gotten many family members to use it to. I take one daily for regular bowel movements. There is no cramping with this product. I highly recommend it.
Small capsules are easy to swallow. They worked as well as other supplements but nothing extra. A friend had raved these were best but they didn't work as well for me, I still needed extra supplement to have bowel movement.

Product is great. Walmart online is a disaster. Never again. They kept changing the availability of the products to pick up. 1st text, your order wont be ready so select another pick up time. I select a new time. 2nd text, order is not available for pick up. 3rd text, partial order availabel for pick up (atthe first time i selected). But now a $5 item needs to be shipped, with a $6.99 shipping g charge, and i cant cancel it cause they jerked me around for 8 hours. It is like their IT system is on Crack.
