I HAVE BEEN TAKING THIS FOR YEARS. MY PSA TEST SHOWS I HAVE VERY LOW NUMBERS, WHICH SAY I AM AT LOW RISK FOR PROSTATE CANCER. it is a great product, i noticed a change almost instantly. but i take the 900 mg daily, only one.
I strayed away for a little while but found this product to be the best in every way! Now if Wal-Mart would carry avena sativa I would have to shop no where else.
I mostly purchased saw palmetto thru CVS pharmacy chain online earlier this year, it helped quite a bit. But I was out, and they were not offered the product online or the same brand in my store, So I made the purchase thru Walmart online. It is the best offer available currently.
I gave it to my dad (85 years old) and this product helped him alot.
Saw palmetto helps most men urinate a lot faster. But I have to take double the recommended dosage. However, it's well worth it to me.
This is just the whole ground up plant in a capsule, so I'm doubtful as to the strength or effectiveness. Next time I will opt for the standardized extract or dried berry of the plant. The only upside, this is the cheapest way to buy saw palmetto supplement.

I don't know if it was from taking other vitamin pill's at the same time with this but i was getting really bad stomach pains from taking this so I had to stop. I'm not sure if it was this one, the zinc, the ashwagandha, or taking them all together but I just stopped taking them all and haven't had pains since.
