I use this often. I bought one for my sister in hopes that shell cook at home more for Christmas this year
This pressure cooker is ok. I had another one that I liked a lot better but the pressure knob kept breaking so I tried this one bc you don't need to adjust the knob. The reason I only rated it a 4 star is bc it took over an hour to cook ox tails. My other one took 30-40 mins and the meat would be falling off the bone. After over an hour with this one the meat was still a little tough.
