I love squishmallows. I received my order quickly, but there was ink, dirt or something on it's back. I did a return/replacement online, and a new order was generated. Well, then the replacement order was cancelled because it was set to 'delivery' from the closest store, and they were out of stock there. I called customer service and they tried to give me only a $5 promotion code. I told them it was a replacement so the refund amount would be $0. I asked for a supervisor and finally I got the $25 to re-purchase the Panda Bear. I got the bear and it is great, like all of the squishmallows. I particularly like the HugMees.
I bought for my grandson for Valentine's Day!! It was larger than expected and my grandson just loves this!! Super soft, made well and durable. I would buy again!!
Much larger than I expected, and absolutely perfect birthday gift.
