My skin is very sensitive and a lot of products gives me allergies. I've been using this scrub for a year and my skin is so much better. I worked with production os cosmetics and I can say that the formula of this one is really good, and vegan that's is even better. I just love this scrub and don't change for any other.
This stuff is amazing. It really gets into your pores and cleans everything out. I use it in the shower and my skin loves it. Skin always feels super clean and nice. If I do not use this for a couple of days I really feel like my skin is dirty. Try it for yourself!
I use this product and makes your skin looks fresh, clean, oil and shine free the all day, also it's an acne treatment, I highly recommend it!!
I've heard negative things about St. Ives scrubs, but it leaves my skin feeling and looking radiant. It is a bit rough, so if you have sensitive skin, avoid it, but, if you have dry skin I think this is a good way to remove dead skin.
I used it for awhile, weekly, I didn't see much difference in my face, maybe needs more time. But it smells good and has a good texture.
I use it in the shower as a body scrub, it's too harsh to use it as a facial scrub. I like the smell, very citrusy. Should be great for oily skin.
I highly advice people to not use this scrub. Using a scrub on your face cause long term damages and because it is DAMAGING and ROUGH it leaves micro tears on the surface of your skin. You should be using a salicylic acid exfoliated because it does the job and is gentle on the skin. This product is to harsh on your skin and caused me to have even more skin problems then before.
OK for me personally I didn't like this product. For one thing I couldn't stand how it felt or smelled. It would leave these little salt like crystals on my face. Even though I had to scrub it. Plus it didn't make any difference to my acne. I saw no change.
I am someone who has had bad acne and also have a sister who has a masters in estheticians. The scrub might feel great on your face after you wash it but you are leaving micro tears in the skin that will dmaage your skin. The best exfoliants for skin are micro exfoliants and chemical exfoliants.
This is one of the worst products out there! As an esthetician it's important for me to help educate and share my knowledge with my clients. Yes Saint Ives may be Naturally sourced however an pieces of an apricot pit, scratching your face is just creating micro tears in the skin and will do long term damage! Just say no
