It definitely makes stairs smoother going with a load of stuff and softens the usual jarring "thumps" of wheels on stairs. It could be a little bigger -- but it isn't. So, I like the wheel feature, and everything else is less important. It probably could be a little sturdier, too, but the trade-off is that it's light weight. It's a good value.
I gave this to my sister for Christmas as she has steps up to her house and has problems walking. The first time she used it, it was great. She would liked to have had a bigger basket, but it works fine. She loves it.
It is a good cart and very well made. Very easy to put together, it only took about 5 minuites. It really helps me to get on the bus. As the back wheels are so well made.
yes it is much smaller than most carts, but if one needs a special cart to get up and down steps do you really need it to be big so you over load it and defeat the purpose.
Easy no tools assembly. Love the way it goes up and down steps. More difficult to turn than a normal two wheel cart but I can easily put up with that for the step feature. I bought two more for Christmas presents.
I ordered this for my elderly mother. She was delighted that the wheels really do help get the cart and its contents up steps. She tells me that she plans to clean out her closet now that she has the cart to help her get things from the house to the car!
Its ok but could be bigger. We have a bigger cart which works great but i personally like the wheels ... and yes - they do make a huge difference going up/down stairs. its more of a personal size cart. If it was just larger it'd be perfect. I've looked but haven't found it.
The product looks good and seems durable (bought it 2 weeks ago). But don't count on the Stair conquering promise, the product can handle small steps. It failed the test when I tried to take it upstairs in my building, it will not help with the Subway stairs neither.
The cart is smaller than I thought. It is not good for carrying groceries because of its small size.
