love it! used properly it really helps with the core, legs , and atms. just 15 mins a day and after a few weeks i am noticing results. i have very bad knees so this is great. if the knee goes out i can still work the core and arms.
I bought this about a month ago and I use it each day. It has a smooth action with adjustable tension. I especially like the compact size. It doesn't take up much space. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Am extremely happy with my rowing machine. It is very well built. It works smoothly. Like the fact that it has a counter so I can watch TV without having to count the strokes.
have only had the rower for a week but it is easy to put together and get started,seems pretty solid,and it gives you a pretty good workout and gets the heart rate going.
I tried a more expensive machine first and had nothing but problems. Afte dealing with the issues and getting parts resolved, the whole maching broke. returned it and got this one. really easy to put togehter and really like it!

My rowing machine arrived with a broken part. It didn't make it useless, but I called customer service to get a replacement part. One of the best customer service ever. Part arrived a few days later!
I've had it for over a week. I put it together myself but it took me longer than expected but it was my fault cause I didn't understand some of the directions, however, once done, the product works very well. I have been using it for about 5 days now and I gradually have gone to 10 minutes and I broke a sweat. I do Pilate 6 days a week and due to a knee injury, could no longer do the treadmill so this is taking the place for my cardio workout. Great product for the price.
This was easy enough to put together...although one of the pieces was slightly bent so took a little elbow grease to get the seat to glide on. I used for 3 workouts ...loving the workout but then the electronic device which scans through time/calories/count stopped working. I am disappointed and do not want to have to return the entire device simply for the electronic part. I am out of the country now so will have to deal with when I return.
Several parts were broken -- one was not drilled and tapped. Some did not fit. I have received the major part, drilled and tapped. I'm not sure if the tension adjusts -- I might need a new cylinder. It does work, and am getting exercise.
