The seat is as hard as a rock. I am trying to find a replacement seat that is softer, Do you have one?
I purchased this as I lost my job and cant afford the gym. Shipping was super fast arrived before day promised. so no issue with Sam's at all. The bike makes a clicking sound that stalled my rhythm. Im 5'5" 116 lbs with a nice juicy big cushioned butt and that seat its so hard, I placed a towel on it. (no good). I placed a very plush folded baby blanket.(no Good) 3 days on this thing and my butt is soar cannot resume my work out. I call Avari for a replacement seat they say they don't have one. I was going to deal with the clicking sound if they replaced the seat. I must return this item.
