Value of the product is good. They could improve on using better materials so it could be more appealing and sturdy. But for the money paid it is well worth it Glennwa

I really like my stepper. I bought it because it is something I can keep in my living room. It takes a few minutes to get used to stepping without holding on to something but is not difficult to get used to. Don't try to use it with only socks on because it is more difficult since your feet will slide on the step. I think this is a great value and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stepper.

This product was a pretty good value. The only thing I do not like is not being able to adjust the tension; other than that I feel like it's helping to give me a good workout. It might also help if the read-out screen larger or lit.

I used this product religiously for 6 months. It was great for the winter months and warmer days I couldn't get out to walk or go biking. However, part of the mechanism began to protrude out of the front which obviously took away from the exercise. The steps no longer raised to the original height. When it was working well, I did enjoy the convenience of it along with how easy it was to store it in a small space.

I liked the tension, size and easy set-up on this. However, the read-out display did not work. When we went back to exchange it, they had one box left which looked like it went through a warzone before being put on the shelf.

I also used this product religiously for 6 months. The axle(?) broke on it, and when I called the company they did not hesitate on shipping out the part to fix it. Unfortunately, I had to take the whole thing apart to swap parts, and I did not have all the tools necessary so I purchased another one. Again, 6 months later, the axle on the new one broke. I am very small and light, so this should not be a problem unless the product was designed poorly. It is a good deal for the price, but with the poor design, it would be better to opt for a more expensive version that has higher quality and breaks less often...

Good Work Out, But it Squeaks

I bought this product two days ago. I weigh 150lbs, and after two 20 minute sessions the left mechanism started to make this weird noise...not quite a squeak. The little computer is useless, it stops counting even when you don't stop stepping. Once the machine gets warmed up you can get a decently quick pace going.

I bought this product to take traveling with me as I'm a travel nurse.. I weigh 180lbs. I wanted to stay fit and trim while traveling, this is NOT the steper for people that can go for 45-60 minutes at a time the plastic wheel cracked in half on this one, the one before the cable snapped. I should not have given this product another chance, you shouldn't either.. Nor the proform hotbuns stepper the shocks burned out after one month of continous usage.. I have purchased the stamina spacemate folding stepper now we will see if it is worth it STAY TUNED..
