Our guy was great .. will use him in the future for projects .. he had our desk assembled perfectly in less than 2 hours !
Jose was the person assigned to my build. He called earlier to tell me what time he expected to be at my home. Jose was right on time and came prepared. He was very knowledgeable about what he was building. He finished within the time he gave me and the desk was done perfectly. Thank you Porch and Jose. I will definitely us again
Extremely gregarious people, immensely communicative team and very courteous, professional and affable to talk to. Dont be surprised if you get multiple calls and emails from different people on their team. That is how client focused they are. Really like them.
The handyman was very professional,prompt,and courteous.
Will did a great job in no time whatsoever and put the desk together very efficiently. I'm glad I chose to have it assembled by someone else because it would've been a nightmare for my husband to deal with. Much too many pieces and rods to have to match up.
Assembly by Porch Home Services has canceled 4 times. They've told me they don't have anyone to assemble the desk at this time but keep rescheduling another appointment to send someone out. NO SHOW 4 times!
Porch never showed up to put my computer desk together. Spoke to 5 different people at Porch, always the same answer, we'll call you back. None of them did! Finally, after many days, got an email from Porch saying they do not put computer desks together. Now I have to find someone to do it for me. Completely fed up with how Porch handled my situation!
This company should never be use for your customers they do not show up for their schedule appointments you have to call them 3 to 4 times to see If they're going to come out to do the job that you paid for
Horrible service had an appointment for 12 pm noon and the technician never showed up. I tried calling customer support and they never answer, this was after I had already been waiting 8 days after placing my order for them to come to assemble my desk.
