We've had the unit less than a month and the hose has become seperated from the nozzle. This wouldn't have to be a huge issue but because of the compacted nature of the hose coil, it is impossible to 'screw' the hose back into the plastic nozzle and continue vacuuming. On a positive note, the Customer Service for this unit (Alton Industries) is going to replace the hose/nozzle for free (after I argued about paying S/H of approx. $8). Otherwise, the suction is great and the convenience of a hang-up unit is nice. Three stars for poor construction/parts.
