I have had this tool now for 3 years and it still works great. The stand came off rather quickly but is ok. The only con I have is the rubber piece on the tip always comes off so normally I take it off prior to using [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
first glue gun very satisfied
I bought this product as an upgrade from the GR20 glue gun. I wanted to use a different tip on it so i followed the directions in the manual and the tip was seized into the gun. When I got the tip out finally I saw it had completely destroyed the threads on the gun side to the point another tip would not thread in. I tried tapping the threads to no avail. I can't speak to how the product works when its fully functionable however. I'm sure this isn't a common problem but its the experience had and was very disappointed.
Nozzles and tips all broke after a few normal uses. Disappointed.
Purchased the glue gun and decided to check the replacement nozzles before using. Threads stripped and glue gun is unusable. Pity the gun looked good consumer grade
