It works great
i use the wet vac part love it help me clean up mess at work. the cord is long suction is good i wish it held more water
I am an OTR Trucker. Ineeded a vacuum to help keep my truck clean. For my needs the Stanley 12 VDC vacuum works well.
Small, light, and suction isn't too bad
Works good but just a little underpowered, but nowhere near as bad as other car vacuums. Decent product. Would buy another. Also it comes with two filters, take the blue filter off and use the black one. Makes more suction!!!
If you are looking for a powerful, portable shop vac, this is not it. If like me, you need a vacuum to pick up random every day dirt in your truck, and you are tired of using a small broom, this will suit your needs. I had a rechargeable vacuum, but it stopped holding a charge, so I tried using a small shop vac (1.5hp) with my 400w inverter, but that didn't work. This vacuum is ok for just getting the light dirt that gets on the floor of the truck while getting in and out to hook and unhook, and the crumbs from food on the go. I wish it had a little more suction, but it is better than the broom. I did take the cloth filter off which helped the suction. I left the foam filter on because I've learned from past experience the fine dust will blow right through the vacuum without something there. This vacuum is better than the ones sold at the truck stops, it's much sturdier and quieter.
Suction is fair - certainly not up to what is to be expected from Stanly, hose is very stiff and causes canister to tip over. Is more convenient to use than a standard hand held vac, doesn't have to emptied as often and will maintain the limited suction longer.
Not enough suction
vac had no suction out of the box. cigerette lighter adpt. broke after first use. cheaply made product. too bad shop-vac doesnt make a 12 volt vac. will be returning to store tommorw. big disappointment
No suction. I returned this 12v dc for a 2 hp 120 volt
