The vac sucks good and is one of few that I found that came with a Crevice Tool. If you are looking for a powerful wet/dry vac for not a lot of money, THIS IS THE ONE!!!
I was stunned at the suction power of this machine. If you're not vain about the style of your vacuum and don't care what color or shape it is, then this is the best 'budget' vacuum around. Easy to put together, long hose, small nozzle for corners, nooks & crannies. Small and large flat head for floors. But above all, sucks like a monster for it's size! Really impressed.
Great vacuum for the money. The only thing that could be improved is the parts caddy.
Using it for 2 weeks now cleaning up a trashed basement. Works great, with occassional stuff getting stuck in the tube. Not a big deal, just poke it out & it's back to a very heavy sucking (in a good way) wet vac. Even tumbled it down the staris. Nothing broke. It's durable
I'm very happy with this purchase.
This shopvac sucks...yes it sucks up the sheetrock dust pretty darn good. Very good product for the price. nice N compact...good for lite jobs like saw dust and sheetrock dust and great suction for basement floor clean-ups. I had this item for 2 weeks. So far so good.
hoses is short and very stiff to use easily. power is good and does pickup almost any thing you aim it at. can is very light and tips over all the time causing it to lose suction when the top gets misaligned would have got a larger one if I had to do over, but will keep this one for now..
I got this thinking I had gotten a good deal, but once I plugged it in I quickly changed my mind. This thing has the smallest hose that I had ever seen. It wouldn't take anything to clog it up. Not that it could clog up, that would require suction power of which this thing has next to none. If you want to vacuum dust, or suck up clean water then it might be OK. Otherwise look for a Shop-Vac. Got mine at Lowe's and was cheaper to boot!
I bought this because I trusted the Stanley name, but this is absolute junk. I just received it today, and one of the clips to hold the lid on is broken. I thought about returning it then, but it was a small thing and I decided I could work with it. Then I put on the filters, the hoses and the floor attachment. This attachment is useless. It pops into an upright position, no matter how often you push it down, so it doesn't touch the floor hardly at all. The cord is ridiculously short. And it doesn't suck. I have a $20 Eureka hand vac that has more suction. It's not even worth the money and hassle to return it. It is now sitting in my trash pile. Find something better to spend your money on.
I rate this thing zero stars if I could. All the features in the world can't make up for the fact that it doesn't [pick up] anything. ... In addition, the hose broke on the first day and it makes a lot of noise for not doing anything. It has been nothing but headaches since we opened the box - poor/incorrect instructions, assembly steps more difficult than necessary, clunky, tippable, short hose, ambiguous cord storage, no tool storage,The air from the exhaust blew sawdust everywhere.I called tech support and they said it was so powerfull that this could happen. Because of the poor design I packed it up and returned it. I'm still using my old shop vac that has the exhaust coming out of the top the way I feel it should. I would not purchase this vac for my wood shop. AND It's simple, the bag won't come out of the vac after it is 2/3 full. It will rip apart first.
