This sleek stylish stapler is perfect for the home or a small office. It is decorated with small white dots. The white polka dots accent the stapler to give it some splash, while occupying it's space on your desk or work space. I like the light weight, not cumbersome or too big too handle for those small jobs. I was able to go through most of my files and staple important papers together that were sitting in open envelopes. Now with the easy use of the Insten Soft Touch Stapler, I was able to put my paper work in order and filed them away neatly. Ready to be scanned if needed. I really like it because it is handy. The refill chamber is easy to open and snap back for ready use. I would recommend this for the home. I would also allow children with supervision to use this stapler for their fun activities.
The Insten soft touch stapler is the best stapler I've ever used. It's padded & has a nice grip so it's easy to handle & to use. It's, also, lightweight unlike the staplers from many years ago. It has a very comfortable feel to it & loads so easily. And, it's powerful. It plowed through twenty pieces of paper, effortlessly & seamlessly. The only two things that I'd a minor issue with were the packaging, which isn't attractive or eye catching. A transparent plastic casing isn't very appealing at all. The other thing was that it didn't come pre loaded with staples or come with a sleeve of staples. Other than those two things, it's a great stapler with a smooth feel & fun to use.
Just got this Insten Stapler. Works well. In past few months I have had several ranging in price from (don't laugh) .99 to about $15.00. They either didn't work from the start or broke after a few uses. This beauty is great. Easy. No struggle while depressing it. Easy open/fill staple area. Only drawback I am noticing is they stated it can handle 15 sheets. No. But I'm not doing 15 sheets. Yes I checked on that. Paralegals and medical staff most likely couldn't get the results they need(ed), but I did. Get one and test drive it. Overall: well-worth it.
The Insten Soft Touch stapler with the white dot pattern is just as ergonomic as claimed! Very comfortable to use. The staples are closed very neatly. It takes 1/4" staples. I stapled the stipulated 15 sheets and found it worked great. The stapler is made out of ABS plastic, but does not seem flimsy. It was easy to use, produced nicely bent and closed staples (which is the whole point after all) and looks nice. It's a great addition to my home office. If you are in need of a new stapler, this is a great choice.
I was attracted to this stapler due to the 15 sheet capacity. It is quite aggravating to pick up your stapler and it fails to pierce the paper. When it arrived I was surprised that no instructions of any kind came with it, but hey it's a stapler. I was looking for which staples to use and there was no indication of that. I had two boxes on hand. One box was brand specific and they were too small for this stapler. The second box was labeled, "Standard Desktop Staples for All Brands." That sounded like what I needed and they did indeed fit right in. I was eager to see for myself that it would staple 15 sheets of paper. I started with five holding the paper in one hand and the stapler in the other as seen in the first picture. That seemed to work fine so I added a few more sheets and tried to staple 8 sheets in the same manner. It didn't work. I tried several times and it didn't work. So I put the stapler down on the desk as seen in the 2nd picture and now it stapled 8 sheets just fine. I kept adding sheets up to 18 with no problem. I think instructions would be helpful. It seems intuitive to hold the stapler in one's hand especially since this seems made for that with a soft rubber surround. However if you going to do more than a few sheets you'll need to set it on a hard surface.
