Star Trek - Deep Space Nine: Crossfire

First Minister Shakaar (Duncan Regehr), the former head of Major Kira's (Nana Visitor) resistance cell, creates a stir when he arrives at the station to negotiate Bajor's early admittance into the Federation. No sooner is Shakaar on board than Odo (Rene Auberjonois) discovers a Cardassian extremist group is planning to assassinate him. Security is increased throughout the station and Odo agrees to guard the minister around the clock, but his task is made especially difficult when Shakaar and Kira start to get close. Odo, who is secretly in love with Kira, is soon overwhelmed by his emotions and begins to lose control -- a situation which could endanger all of their lives.
