Gets rid of static on clothes, very strong smelling, wear a mask and spray outside or in an open space .
Static Guard is an excellent product to remove static electric from almost anything! I have used Static Guard for years to spray carpets, curtains, clothes, pet bedding, combs and brushes, car seats to prevent those pesky shocks, clinging clothes, flyaway hair, etc. Best product ever and I hope it never changes or becomes unavailable!
I've been using this product for so long that I cannot even remember when I started using it - 20 to 30 years ? I have found multiple uses for this that nothing else I've used would work. If you attract static like a magnet (like I do), you will do anything to get rid of it. Everything I touch will shock me or the person I am touching (including my dog). Even brushing my hair (especially in the winter months when the weather is cooler), I spray this magic stuff on my hair brush and zap away the static like magic. You can spray on your clothes too and not worry about any staining. In all the years I've used this product, I've never had anything stain. It really is a miracle product. Highly recommend it and every household should have a can of it for the occasional static problems that happen. Even when I pet my dog sometimes during the winter, we will get a spark of static. I usually just spray it on a paper towel and rub gently on my dogs coat (hair) - (Never spray on your dog directly - it will probably irritate their eyes and nose). Another product for static can be a dryer softener/static sheet too. But for most purposes, Static Guard spray is really the best for me. I have to spray my rocking chair during the winter also because of static. One tip: Try not to inhale the fumes when spraying. It can be a bit irritating to your nose and throat (I have severe allergies). Just try it. You will love it.

I'd give negative review if I could. Not the product but the price. I've been robbed!!! Just found same product at Target for $5.49
The picture is very misleading. You DO NOT get 6 cans for about $15, you get only ONE! Extremely disappointed by this misrepresentation.
