This cocotte looks great sitting out in the kitchen and is perfect for soups, stews, braising, frying, and baking bread. It's a great size, not too big, not too small, just right. It's perfect for roasting, making soups, sautéing vegetables, you could even make a sandwich in it… You can literally cook ANYTHING in it!!! Super incredibly quality, beautiful color, long-lasting, and versatile. Also surprisingly easy to clean - not fussy like tradition cast iron dutch ovens.
