I have little one's and this product has been a huge help at mealtime! My daughter no longer throws utensils all over the place and the coil provides enough tension to bring her hand back toward the bowl after taking a bite so that she doesn't just suck on spoon.
I bought this product for my 7 month old girl. It is a beautiful product and really does teach self-feeding. My little girl wasn't feeding herself until I bought this set! Within a week she was able to feed herself because of the cords attached to the spoon and fork! Not only can my child not throw the bowl and cutlery on the floor but it also taught her how to feed herself.
This is an awesome product except for one thing, the coils are way too tight. They are very stiff and hard to pull for our 11 month old. So to counter this I stretched them out and put something heavy to hold them out over night. Now they work great. I have had to do this about once a week but the more they are used the easier it gets.
did not live up to expectations, bought 2 sets. 1st one's suction worked fine, the 2nd would not seal
Unfortunately this product does not work as it should. The utensils and bowl do not stick very well. When I finally got them to stick, my daughter pulled them right off. The idea for this product is great and I hope to find on that works. I returned this one.
We purchased this because our 16 month old had broken two dishes while dining out. The first time we used it she was unable to remove the bowl, since then she learned how to pull from the bottom and up it comes very easily. The spoon and forks were very akward too if anything it would have been more helpful if they were attached to the bowl plus the cords were not long enough
I Was so happy when I received this Bowl, but when I placed it on the high chair It doesn't stay put!!! My little girl just pulls it off and plays with it she is only 11months.
This is a cute idea but does not work. It is cheaply made and the only usable item is the bowl without the sticky base as it does not stick for long. Save your money and pass on this item.
My daughter is 15 months olds and thinks its funny to turn her plate up side down. I thought this would be a great solution. It wasn't. It dosent stick to the hight chair??
This is such a cute and good idea but it falls short on the design. My little girl can pull it off her tray no problem at all. Tried to use it on the table, too, but no luck. Also, the utensils do not have a long enough cord for her to reach her food. It just made her frustrated to try and use it... made me frustrated watching her! Again, good idea, just not a good design for little ones to learn to use utensils. Returning it ASAP.
