I use these for a quick meal when I have a hectic day. I just add a salad and viola. I have a quick dinner. The taste is like a great cheese steak. Add your favorite cheese and you can't go wrong. Been using them for years.
I've had these steak-umm's previously and don't remember that they had so much grease in them. Not a good choice for those of us watching the fat in products, Won't buy them again and will give the rest of the box to someone who likes them.
I did not receive this item with my order. Please just cancel this item and refund my order amount. Thank you
The label states it is sliced steak. Definately not what I found. It looks like once upon a time it may have been steak, but some one pulverized the meat substitue, Pressed it in to a brick, and then sliced it. Falls apart as if it had no grain to keep the pressed meat together. I double checked, and the label said sliced which was the only thing that canned dog food did not say.
I want to use my Stakem's today and open the box took them out and the plastic was open at the top. I threw them away because I know that's not safe buyers. Beware I don't know what these people are doing by putting an open bag and a close box.
The meat looked very weird and the texture was different. I had to throw it away,
USED THESE YEARS AGO, BUT NOW THEY ARE FROZEN BY PRODUCTS OF PRESSED FAT. WHEN COOKED, FAT GUSHES OUT THEN SOLIDIFIES ON PLATE. USDA NEEDS TO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS PRODUCT. IT IS NOT STEAK OR EVEN HAMBURG. IT IS PRESSED FAT BY PRODUCTS.

I cooked these in the air fryer and i was looking forward to them like before but i actually had to throw them out and no i didn't add anything at all because i was precooking them to add onions and bell pepper, but this was the worst product i've ever had from any grocery store! Sorry i don't have pictures i was so sick to my stomach from my gastric bypass
