Light weight my arms did not get tired using it. The 8 oz of water it holds lasted longer than I expexted, producing the steam I needed to clean my oven racks. Yes I did have to refill with water more than once, but the steam lasted longer than I expected.
Great price, easy to use. This little steamer performs just as I expected it would. It really helps loosen stubborn dirt and grease. You still need to scrub or wipe to remove the dirt but it goes much much faster after a blast of steam.
I'm glad I bought it, I use it everyday. While is true that the steam only lasts approx. 8 minutes that's o.k. because I do other things while waiting for it to cool off. I washed my windows, bathroom, kitchen, floors, you name it and it hasn't disappointed me.
I purchased this after moving into a house where the prior owners never cleaned ANYTHING. There was so much grease and dirt piles up over the eight years they lived there that you had to use a paper towel to open the microwave, oven and kitchen drawers or your hands would stick to them and you'd need to scrub with dawn soap and a brush to get it off your hands. I spent two days steam cleaning with this and it did a fabulous job. I will be doing the bathroom with it next. Great buy!
Other then me accidentally leaving it plugged in all day it caused it to burn out I have it ready to send back to VARNADO they will be sending me a new one. Other then that it works great beyond my expectations.
This steam cleaner cuts right through greasy messes, even old ones that were on the underside of my cupboards. Gets in my grout as well. Super easy, just point, steam, and wipe off!
I have been using steam cleaners for quite some time now and had my share of different brand Steamfast overall is a good brand this steamer is for a very small jobs . It doesn't hold too much water so you won't have that much time to actually use it, and the steam is not that hot and the pressure is not that high so I would recommend this steamer for small jobs only . small meaning the kitchen counter the kitchen sink area something that's done in five minutes
I purchased this to clean the grout on my floor tile, I had seen where someone had bought it for that reason and it didn't work for me. I took it back to the store with no problem in the refund.
I purchased this product based on reviews. While I wasn't expecting a strong force of steam like a Power Washer, I hoped it would deliver enough force to clean. It did not. I placed the nozel right up against the tile but all I got was steam, no clean. Tried it on kitchen faucet. Again, not enough power to drive thru the gunk. The tank ran out very quickly which wasn't a big issue for me since I was near faucets. You do have to wait a few minutes before refilling to allow the machine to cool down. Also thought the machine was extremely loud. I only used it for about a 1/2 hr. Couldn't deal with the noise any longer. Had such hopes for this steamer. BIG FAIL AND I RETURNED IT THE NEXT DAY.
By the time it builds up steam , the opening is so small, one inch out the steam is cool not powerful enough to do any hot steaming , very disappointed, very we'll made, and good parts , but ineffective !!
