I bought this sandbox to put in my unfinished basement for my grandson to dig in over the winter. It is great for a toddler -- a good size for the basement and can hold 100 lbs. sand. My grandson loves it.
SANDBOX IS FINE BUT PROBABLY FOR A SMALLER CHILD AND SOMEONE UNDER 4 YEARS OLD.
The sandbox is a lot of fun w/the digger and it is easy for my 2 year old to use. It is easy to assemble. The only problem is that when it rains water gets in.
It's a sandbox-- what can you really say? Neat that it has tracks inside it and on the lid so my son can run his cars on it. Love the free Site-to-Store shipping through Walmart. It's Step2 so it is very well made. There are plastic ridges around the end edges of the sandbox which keep the lid in place. My son plays in it multiple times per day.
This sandbox is very cute and easy to assemble, but there is nothing to hold the lid on. We are going to have to lay a brick on it or somehow use a bungee cord to keep the lid from blowing away in the wind.
Very small sand box for the price
This is a very small sandbox. The idea of it is cute, but not worth the money.
The sand box is not what I expected at all. The pit for the sand is small. In addition the lid was poorly designed. The lid is light and flimsy it can bend easy and it does not keep the rain out. We now have a water filled sand box.
