The kids love it. It was delivered in a timely manner. The directions were a little cloudy at first, but once I got everything laid out, it came together well.
i run a licensed childcare from my home and the kids are in heaven with this! it took my very patient husband about 3 hours to put together. its sturdy and i expect to get years of use out of it.
Ordered this playset for 2yr old twin grandkids. It certainly is a hit! They love climbing the stairs and looking through the porthole style windows. Playset is pretty large and came in two very large boxes. Good thing we brought a trailer to pick it up with. Son-in-law put it together, so I don't know how long it took or how difficult. Very sturdy and I expect it will outlast their attention spans!
It's a very nice set, but it takes some handiness to put it together. I hired a handyman who has done lots of work for me and it took him 2 1/2 hours. So this is something to consider if you plan on buying this set.
This product has made life so much easier in the 2 days it's been here. We have a little boy who loves being outside and climbing all over stuff. It arrived off a fright truck with two HUGE boxes. Once in the back yard we (my 11 year old and I) starting to put together. The holes are not predrilled, for me no biggie just an annoyance. As soon as it was deemed "child safe" we allowed my 17 month old free on his gift and he just climb all over it. And ran across the bridge multiple times. The last two nights we have stayed out till the sun goes down, then come in and he right to sleep. It really wears him out. I was expecting it to be a little smaller but I'm glad it wasnt and this should last till hes in grade school. So glad I made the investment.

We bought this for my two year old and it is perfect! Really well made and was relatively easy to put together ourselves. Our son loves this and wants to play on it all the time. I really like that it is plastic since it's so easy to keep clean and well maintained. It also has multiple clear “windows” that he's pretty obsessed with. Overall I would recommend and definitely purchase again.
The climber is located on our back patio on a rubberized mat as our backyard is sloped. The climber is sturdy and stays in place without the need for anchors. We are able to have a safe play space for our grandchildren inside our screened porch. The climber is large enough for multiple children to play on it at once without being in each other's way. It stays clean and does not rust or mold. It did take 2 people to assemble this, but the process was fairly straightforward and we were done in a few hours! I would highly recommend this product. We added a little tykes basketball hoop to make an additional play area for the kids.
The product is very nice overall. We hope it will last several years but so far so good! Some parts were challenging to put together and you definitely need a second person in some areas to help you assemble it. The design of the climb house climber is perfect for toddlers 1-5 years of age I would say.
I love the material and colors, I ordered it online and arrived defective in one piece, that happens to be the one that holds the entire game, making it kinda dangerous for kids. I actually expected better
