I am so glad we bought the Funhouse for our 14 month grandson and did not wait until Christmas. It really was the Highlight for everyone during The Thanksgiving Holiday. We have it inside works great. We had 8 kids under the age of 9 and they all had a blast. I confess adults were also enjoying themselves. Funhouse really exceeded our expectations. I am so glad we got it for our grandson.
We bought this house for my daughter's 4th birthday with the site to store option. Arrived over a week earlier than quoted and was a breeze to put together (about 1/2 hour). It is fantastic for my 4 and 2 1/2 year old, very safe and hours of fun. I can't keep them out of it-like I would try!! Totally worth the money, lots of activites and plenty of room for more than one kid to enjoy at once. This is the house to buy!
Our 2 year old LOVES this little house! I thought the slide might be a little small for her since she loves the big slide in the park at the end of the street, but she is really happy having the little slide right in her own backyard. She loves to take a drink and a snack and eat at the little table and to open and shut the door to the house. My husband said that the playhouse was really easy to put together and he's having a great time playing ring toss with her. Excellent buy as a gift for her 2nd birthday. Your child will wake up every morning saying, "Go slide!"
I too had this product shipped to my local Wal-mart and I must add that the product came over 1 week earlier then was promised. I bought this for my son's 2nd birthday and he loves it he was trying to go down the slide before we could get it together. Well worth every penny....highly recommended this product.
Step 2 Neighborhood fun house is an excellent entertainment center, nice selection of different play options - slide, tea party, crawl through, throwing games etc. Highly recommend it, but have bought it too early for my child, 17 months old and unable to use beyond the slide, and even then it's me who's picking her up, she's not using the steps within the center to get up yet. -- I'm more impressed than she is! Another unforeseen 'difficulty' is if hoping to use on the grass it's killing it and moving around isn't solving the problem. Maker does recommend padding ground for safety and they're right. Super center!
This product was a little expensive, but comparable to other similar products. This one was really nice because it has areas to climb through, games, a sitting area, and is semi enclosed. It's like having a climber, picnic table, and house all in one. I bought it for my one year old. He loves it, and it turns out that my seven year old thinks that is just as much fun.
I PURCHASED THIS FUNHOUSE FOR MY 2 YR OLD SON FOR HIS BIRTHDAY. HE LOVES IT....EVEN THE 2 NEIGHBOR KIDS (AGES 3 AND 7) LOVE IT! IT IS STURDY, PRETTY GOOD SIZE, AND KEEPS THEM BUSY FOR HOURS! I HAVE SEEN SOME OF THE OTHER PLAY YARDS AROUND TOWN AND THIS ONE BLOWS THEM AWAY! IT IS A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT THE FUN THEY HAVE WITH THE RING TOSS AND VELCRO TOSS IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. ALL THE KIDS LOVE TO PRETEND THEY ARE AT THE DINER AND COME AND GIVE YOU "FOOD" TO EAT, BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT! SINCE HAVING THIS AT HOME MY 2 YR OLD IS BRAVE ENOUGH TO TRY THE "BIG KID" SLIDES AT THE PARK WHICH HE NEVER WOULD BEFORE. I SEE HIM PLAYING WITH THIS FOR YEARS TO COME!
I bought this funhouse for my boys online and had it delivered to the Walmart near my house. My friend helped me pick it up in her Suburban and it fit perfectly in the back; there is no way the box would have fit in the back of my Explorer even with the seats down. My father-in-law and brother-in-law put it together for my boys as they were visiting and they said that they had no problem at all. I love that this funhouse has a little bit of everything from a slide, to part playhouse, a little table with chairs and even an activity side which my boys can't get enough of. I like that this play house is a lot taller than some of the others since my boys are a little older, ages 3 and 5. This funhouse is big enough for the both of them and I see them using it next year even. This purchase is the best purchase I have made for them by far and was well worth the money I spent.
My 18 month old daughter absolutely loves her playhouse! She cries to go outside so she can slide. She loves to sit and have snacks at the play table. My husband tends to play with the rings and ball toss more than my daughter though. She also crawls through the revolving door and other door pretty often. She can even climb up the slide all by herself. I would definately reccommend to a friend!
My 2 year old son loves this playhouse. We brought it home and I put it together by myself. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. My son kept wanting to play while I was putting it together. He enjoys crawling through the many different openings and sliding down the slide. There is plenty of room inside too. I like the fact that I can stand up inside because it only has 1/2 a roof. We enjoy tossing the balls and rings. Hours of fun for your youngsters.
