I tried many products to get tar off my high end sports car. I did the best I could but couldn't get everything off. I told a friend of mine how mad I was that I wasn't able to get everything off bec my xpel appt. he introduced me to this product and I woke up early, drove to the garage my vehicle was at. It cleaned the bottom of my rocker panels, bumper, wheel wells spotless and with ease. Honestly I couldn't believe it. I have told other friends with high end cars about it. As a thank you I purchased a case and gave him six bottles. It is amazing. If you wash the panel, let it it sit for a couple minutes or overnight it will shock you. If you don't clean the panel, don't let it sit, it won't work well and will leave streaks. I would be mad if they ever stopped making this stuff, it's amazing!
I drive a dump truck hauling asphalt for a living. I'm around and driving through the stuff all day long. It gets everywhere! I try hard to keep my truck clean and looking nice. Tarminator makes it easy. I've tried several products, but none come close to comparing with Tarminator. As long as they make it, I'll be using it.
We have been using Tarminator in our detail department for several years. It is the most effective tar remover we have found since Ford's original tar and road oil remover from years ago. It really works---just spray it on, and the tar seems to wipe right off.
First bought this product in Florida, no garage so my car sits around pine trees and that gooey sap that has baked in the sun in hard to get off. Squirt, sit a minute and it comes right off with Terminator! I bought a case of this stuff and shop towels, give my sons friends their best-ever cleaning duo when they come over and all have said many times, Thanks Mrs. T -- works wonders for so many things.
Worked fast to remove tar
Worked great on the aluminum rims of my truck. The rims were covered in liquid tar from road work being done. I used warm water to clean the surface dirt off first. Then sprayed the Tarminator on the wheels. The tar just started to dissolve and I used a cloth rag to wipe the tar away. Saved me a lot of time and effort. Thanks Tarminator !
Use this before washing, it really gets the sap, bugs and other critters off your car.
We haul asphalt in our dump trucks and tarminator does a great job getting the tar and asphalt off that sticks to our trucks. I recommend this product!
Doesn't work as well as hoped for. Requires alot of deep scrubbing to remove
This product works decently for bugs but has destroyed my side mirrors. after testing this in a small areas I did not see any side effects. I proceeded to use on all the areas I had bug residue. After washing the car I found out that it had etched my side mirrors. The car is only a year and a half old. Pretty dissapointed. It might not happen to everyone's car but it did mine.
